Spitfire is an independent, UK based label that designs thoughtful eyewear drawing on retro inspiration but ever pushing out into our future world.
Crafting metal, acetate and cellulose block acetate frames for a luxe feel and better sustainability.

We are simply put, obsessed with design. We love exploring juxtapositions of opposites: masculinity vs femininity, pretty vs punk, retro vs futuristic, demure vs badass. Embracing all that we are and all that we might want to be.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your sunglasses for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the purchase date.

Please note that only shipping costs using GROUND service in the USA (excluding Hawaii & Puerto Rico) will be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

We will issue FREE return shipping labels to customers in the United States (excluding Hawaii & Puerto Rico).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:

After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Please add this processing time to your selected shipping time to estimate arrival of your purchase.

Please note that all shipping is via UPS and service timings selected (eg. 3 Day Select) references business days only and does not include any processing time.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number for your order.

Please note that we only accept orders shipping to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico.

Please note that the offer of 'Free Shipping' is only available to customers in the United States (excluding Hawaii & Puerto Rico) who spend $49 or more. Please also note that this shipping is via GROUND service only.

Canadian and Mexican customers please be aware that there are additional taxes and fees when shipping to Canada/Mexico. Due to GST (Goods & Services Tax), PST (Provincial Sales Tax), broker fees and shipping, this cost may range from $20.00 to $40.00. These taxes/fees are in addition to the sales price of the sunglasses and will be charged separately by UPS. In addition, if sunglasses are returned, these taxes and fees cannot be refunded.

10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:  Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Spitfire Sunglass Design (USA) Inc. has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. Spitfire Sunglass Design (USA) Inc. will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.
